Hilton has signed Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, to join its Signia Hilton portfolio in January 2027 following a resort-wide renovation. The property will operate as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, with bookings already available on Hilton.com for stays beginning January 1, 2027.

The 474-room resort, which includes 50 villas, will be the brand’s first hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast and its third in the state. The signing extends Signia Hilton’s resort presence while bringing Naples Grande into Hilton’s booking channels and Hilton Honors loyalty programme.

Renovation spans rooms, dining and event spaces

Hilton described the work under way as the most significant transformation in the resort’s nearly four-decade history. The programme covers redesigned rooms and suites, changes to dining, wellness amenities and spaces for social gatherings, alongside experiences drawing on the destination.

The resort’s setting encompasses three miles of Gulf Coast beach and the mangrove forests of Clam Pass, with downtown Naples, Waterside Shops and cultural attractions nearby, according to the company. Its facilities will include a spa, multiple pools and tennis, as well as indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Those gathering facilities are intended to accommodate events of different sizes, serving groups, weddings and other special occasions alongside leisure guests. For operators and industry readers, the project combines an accommodation refurbishment with changes to the dining, wellness and events offering rather than a brand change alone.

Signia expands its Florida resort presence

The Naples property will join Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Florida. Hilton said the addition would also expand its wider presence in the state, where it has more than 540 hotels.

Meghan Fitzgerald, global brand leader for Signia Hilton, said the signing supported the brand’s expansion into resort destinations. Hilton also pointed to recent resort openings in the portfolio, including Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa.

Gary Sims, managing director of Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, said the renovation would build on the property’s existing hospitality and amenities. He said the resort intended to welcome returning guests while also introducing the property to new travellers.

Loyalty integration and opening offer

On opening, the resort will participate in Hilton Honors, which the company said has more than 260 million members worldwide. Members will be able to earn and redeem Points, access member rates and use Digital Key and Digital Check-In through the Hilton Honors app.

Benefits for members booking directly will include a member discount, free standard Wi-Fi and the option to combine Points and money for a booking. To mark the debut, the resort is offering 5,000 additional Hilton Honors Points for stays of three nights or more between January 15, 2027 and July 15, 2027.
