Hilton opens NoMad Singapore bookings ahead of Asia Pacific debut

The Orchard Road hotel, developed with UOL Group, will bring 173 rooms and suites, new dining venues and a Singapore-focused art collection to NoMad’s first Asia Pacific property.

Hilton has opened reservations for NoMad Hilton Singapore ahead of its scheduled launch in late 2026, marking the brand’s entry into Asia Pacific. The Orchard Road property is being developed in partnership with UOL Group and will have 173 guest rooms, including 25 suites.

The announcement also provides further details of the hotel’s accommodation, dining venues and art programme. Hilton said the project would expand its global luxury portfolio and strengthen its presence in the luxury lifestyle segment, joining NoMad’s London property, which opened in 2021.

Faber House redevelopment on Orchard Road

The project will transform the former Faber House building at the Cairnhill intersection, with architecture by Singapore-based WOHA and interiors by Los Angeles studio Kevin Klein Design. It will occupy a 10,225-square-metre footprint and incorporate a 14-storey waterfall and planted vertical façade.

According to Hilton, the design combines NoMad’s New York origins and European influences with Art Deco and Peranakan references. The Orchard Road address places the hotel near retail destinations and historic neighbourhoods, and minutes from the Central Business District.

Guests will arrive at an open-air reception on the fifth level, where Lù bar will connect to a terrace and swimming pool overlooking Orchard Road. Accommodation will extend across 12 levels above, with interiors using marble, burlwood, custom wool rugs and folding screens.

The room mix includes 71 Atelier rooms, each measuring 32 square metres and featuring a living area and bathtub. The 25 suites will comprise 42-square-metre Parlour Suites and 43-square-metre NoMad Suites, with living spaces, bathtubs and double-sink bathrooms.

Dining spans a chophouse, cocktail bar and soft-serve concept

NoMad Grill will occupy the top of the building, taking its design cues from New York dining rooms through ornamental columns and a high, tin-coffered ceiling. Hilton said its menu would centre on internationally sourced dry-aged meats cooked over wood fire, alongside a raw bar, seafood, seasonal produce and established NoMad dishes.

The adjoining Tropicana Club will serve craft cocktails in a setting influenced by cabaret and Havana in the 1940s and 1950s. Its references include Havana’s Tropicana Club, dating from 1939, and Singapore’s venue of the same name, which dates from 1968.

At street level, NoMad will introduce Sticky Fingers, a new brand concept serving house-made soft-serve sundaes. Together with Lù, the venues set out the food-and-beverage offer accompanying the brand’s regional debut.

Singapore-based artists lead the collection

Hilton said the hotel would display more than 1,860 artworks, with 90% created by Singapore-based artists. The collection will combine commissioned and original pieces, including oil on copper, photography and large-scale bas-relief installations, alongside exhibition posters and historical material.

NoMad Singapore is also commissioning and supporting artists with disabilities through ART:DIS, a non-profit organisation that promotes access to the arts for people with disabilities. The partnership builds on UOL’s existing support for the organisation and is intended to help artists develop their practice and reach wider audiences.

Kristen Millar, NoMad’s chief brand officer, said the hotel would bring together the city’s natural and urban environments, heritage and modernity within the brand’s culturally influenced approach to hospitality. Reservations are available through Hilton ahead of the planned late 2026 opening.
