Hilton unveils Signia Restore wellness concept for Indianapolis

Signia Hilton will debut its integrated fitness, recovery and retail offering in Indianapolis, with access for local residents and private groups and expansion to selected properties expected.

Online Franchise Chronicle · 8/25/2026

Hilton announced a new wellness concept, Signia Restore, on 25 August 2026, with its first location planned for Signia Hilton Indianapolis. The hotel is accepting reservations for January 2027, and the company expects to extend the concept to selected Signia Hilton properties globally.

The offering combines fitness facilities, recovery technologies, personalised guidance and wellness retail rather than presenting exercise and spa amenities as separate services. Hilton said it would serve both hotel guests and local residents, with individual experiences and private group bookings available.

Recovery facilities anchor the concept

Signia Restore is structured around three areas: recovery, fitness and retail, supported by a dedicated wellness concierge. According to Hilton, guests will be able to choose activities around their schedules and needs, including exercise between meetings or recovery after travel.

The recovery facilities will be divided into two zones. The Physical Recovery & Reset Zone will contain an Infrared Halotherapy Red Light Sauna, Hybrid Sauna, Sensory Showers and a Cold Therapy Room, which the company describes as intended to support recovery after training or travel.

The Mental Recovery & Readiness Zone will feature Zero G MindSync Harmonic Loungers, Normatec Air Compression and Percussive Therapy. Hilton said this area would focus on relaxation, recovery and concentration.

The Indianapolis property will also introduce Aescape, a system that uses physical AI and robotics to provide personalised bodywork. Another service, the Ammortal Chamber, combines red and near-infrared light therapy, pulsed electrostatic fields, vibroacoustics, molecular hydrogen and guided breathwork, according to the company.

Fitness and retail alongside treatment services

The training facilities will include strength and cardio equipment, Peloton Bikes, treadmills, rowing and conditioning equipment. Free-weight and functional training areas will also form part of the fitness offering, which Hilton said was designed to help travellers maintain their routines while away.

A retail shop will sell functional nutrition, hydration products, wellness products and athleisure clothing. This places merchandise alongside the concept’s training and recovery services, with a concierge providing guidance across the experience.

Amanda Al-Masri, vice president, wellness, Hilton, said wellness was becoming more important to guests travelling for business, attending events or seeking to maintain their well-being away from home. She described Signia Restore as part of Hilton’s broader effort to integrate wellness more closely into guests’ stays.

Group bookings and selected international expansion

For hotel and events operators, the concept also includes a group-booking component beyond individual wellness sessions. Private buyouts will be offered for executive retreats, leadership summits, incentive programmes and team gatherings, while access for local residents extends availability beyond overnight guests.

Signia Hilton’s portfolio comprises hotels in gateway cities and resort destinations. Indianapolis will be the first location for Signia Restore, with subsequent expansion expected at selected hotels rather than across every property in the brand.
