Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria London names OSKIA as exclusive spa partner

The British skincare company will supply property-exclusive treatments at Admiralty Arch, marking its first partnership with a Waldorf Astoria hotel ahead of the London opening later this year.

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch has appointed British skincare company OSKIA as the exclusive spa skincare and treatment partner for its hotel and residences, which are due to open later this year. Hilton said the agreement includes a treatment collection developed specifically for the London property.

The partnership is OSKIA’s first with a Waldorf Astoria property anywhere in the world. For the hotel’s operation, it establishes both the skincare supplier and an exclusive treatment offering, reflecting a stated focus on working with British and UK-based businesses.

Exclusive treatments within Admiralty Arch’s restoration

The spa forms part of Reuben Brothers’ restoration and conversion of Admiralty Arch and will sit within the property’s broader wellness provision. The Grade I-listed building, on The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace in St. James’s, is being transformed into a luxury hotel for the first time.

Plans include treatment rooms for individuals and couples, alongside a sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and ice fountain. A fitness centre and private relaxation area will also be available, according to the announcement.

OSKIA’s bespoke treatment collection will not be offered at other locations. Hilton said treatments would be adapted to individual needs, with personalised care forming part of the hotel’s approach to the spa experience.

General manager Guillaume Marly linked the choice of partner to shared British roots and an emphasis on craftsmanship. “There is a natural synergy between OSKIA and the hotel,” he said.

Welsh production and a dedicated spa management team

OSKIA develops and manufactures all its products at its own facility in Wales, keeping formulation and production under its direct control. Founded by Georgie Cleeve in 2009, the business bases its skincare approach on the role of cellular nutrition.

According to the announcement, Cleeve’s interest in the skin-health properties of MSM, an organic form of sulphur, helped inspire the brand. Its proprietary MSM Regen Complex combines bio-available nutrients with biotechnology, which the company says is intended to support skin health.

The release said OSKIA had received more than 250 industry awards since launch. Cleeve described Admiralty Arch’s history as particularly significant for the company’s first Waldorf Astoria relationship, and said the treatment experience would reflect the care involved in developing its products.

Delivery of the treatment menu will be overseen by recently appointed spa manager Caitlin Ryde. She will lead the team and manage daily operations, with responsibility for treatment standards, service and the wider guest experience as the property prepares to open.
