Caribou Coffee will launch its 2026 holiday menu at participating coffeehouses nationwide on Nov. 2, introducing a Cookie Butter beverage range alongside returning seasonal drinks, food and retail products. The limited-time range will be available while supplies last, with orders offered in coffeehouses, at drive-thrus and through the brand’s app for pickup or delivery.
The company operates and franchises more than 800 coffeehouses across 11 countries and is part of Panera Brands, alongside Panera Bread and Einstein Bros. Bagels. The holiday launch combines new flavours with established seasonal products across its beverage, bakery and packaged-coffee ranges.
Cookie Butter range spans hot, iced and blended drinks
The new Cookie Butter White Mocha combines the spiced flavour with espresso, milk and real white chocolate. Its hot version is finished with whipped cream and crumbled cookie butter cookies, while an iced version combines white chocolate, cookie butter flavour, espresso and milk over ice.
The range also includes a Cookie Butter White Mocha Espresso Shaker, made with fresh espresso and cookie butter flavour shaken over ice and finished with oatmilk. A blended Caribou Cooler version combines coffee, white chocolate and cookie butter flavour, topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
Carrie Sazama, Caribou Coffee’s director of product, said the addition was chosen because its caramelised sweetness and warm spice complemented the brand’s White Mocha. Cookie Butter is a registered trademark of Monin, Inc., used under licence.
Returning drinks and expanded food selection
Returning drinks include Ho Ho Mint Mocha, which combines chocolate, espresso and mint across formats including hot and iced mochas, blended beverages, Crafted Cold Brew, Nitro and an Espresso Shaker. A non-coffee hot chocolate option is also available.
Spicy Mocha returns with ancho chile and cinnamon, while the Cranberry Dark Chocolate collection includes an Espresso Shaker and hot, iced or blended Crafted Cold Brew. The latter was formerly known as Crafted Press.
A sparkling Cranberry Energy Drink can be customised with lemonade and coconutmilk cold foam. Caribou said customers can substitute non-dairy milk in handcrafted beverages at no additional charge.
The new Warm Spice Morning Bun contains cinnamon, cardamom, coriander and ginger, joining the returning Chocolate Truffle Brownie topped with chocolate truffle ganache. The food selection also includes a French Toast Sandwich with cage-free scrambled eggs, sausage, cheddar and cream cheese between slices of French toast bread.
Packaged coffee and merchandise extend seasonal offer
Caribou is introducing Winter Wish, a limited-time medium-roast packaged coffee made with Central American coffees. The company describes its flavour notes as brown sugar, fig and almond.
Reindeer Blend also returns as a dark roast containing aged Sumatra coffee, which the company says contributes caramel and spice notes. Seasonal merchandise will include ornaments, tumblers and a Ho Ho Mint Mocha candle, while holiday cups will carry new hand-illustrated designs.
For participating operators, the rollout covers drinks, food, take-home coffee and merchandise rather than beverages alone. Customers can earn Caribou Perks points on eligible purchases and redeem rewards for food and drinks, linking the seasonal offer to the brand’s existing loyalty programme.
