Hilton’s Conrad Hotels & Resorts has expanded its Conrad 1/3/5 programme with cultural experiences at properties across five continents, the company announced on 22 September 2026. The programme groups activities into one, three and five-hour itineraries, designed by hotel concierge teams to fit guests’ available time.
According to Hilton, all Conrad hotels participate, with each property selecting experiences that reflect its destination rather than following a uniform activity list. The offering ranges from cooking and art to traditional crafts, neighbourhood dining and nature excursions.
For hotel operators, the programme combines a common brand framework with property-level responsibility for choosing local activities. Examples draw on hotel chefs, art collections and restaurants, as well as external venues and partners such as an equestrian club.
Short experiences draw on hotel facilities and local partners
The one-hour options include a cooking session at Conrad Hong Kong, where guests learn to make egg puffs with a hotel chef and hear about the street food’s background. Participants can also make the hotel’s croffle variation, which combines elements of an egg puff and a croissant.
At Conrad Washington, DC, Estuary offers locally harvested oysters with Virginia sparkling wine. Conrad Rabat Arzana works with a local equestrian club on a beach ride at Oued Ikkem, placing an outside partner within the same short-format framework.
Conrad Singapore Marina Bay uses its collection of more than 3,400 artworks for a self-guided tour featuring local and international artists. The experience finishes with a tea pairing in the Lobby Lounge, linking the property’s art collection with its food and beverage offering.
Longer itineraries focus on crafts, dining and landmarks
Among the three-hour options, Conrad Athens The Ilisian offers a perfumery seminar at The Naxos Apothecary, centred on Aegean botanicals and Greek traditions. Conrad Osaka’s itinerary takes guests through Ura-Tenma’s dining and nightlife venues, including sake bars and sushi stops.
The five-hour programme at Conrad Nagoya explores the 400-year-old Arimatsu Shibori tie-dyeing tradition through merchant houses, a tea room, artisan demonstrations and practical workshops. Guests take home a hand-dyed silk piece, while the same craft also appears in the design of the hotel’s guest rooms and banquet halls.
Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers offers a route covering Qasr Al Watan, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and The Founder’s Memorial. At Conrad Seoul, the longer itinerary follows sections of the Bukhansan Dullegil before moving towards historic neighbourhoods and palace districts.
Nature also features in the extended options through Conrad Orlando’s twilight kayaking experience. Hilton said the outing includes opportunities to observe coastal wildlife, with seasonal bioluminescence visible after dark.
Local delivery within a global framework
Dino Michael, senior vice president and global head, Hilton Luxury Brands, said the programme responded to travellers seeking deeper connections with destinations despite limited time. “Exceptional hospitality should adapt to the way our guests actually travel,” he said.
Hilton presents the programme as a way to accommodate both gaps between meetings and longer periods available for exploring. Guests can consult each hotel’s concierge desk for its local selection and book experiences through individual property websites.
