Hilton unveiled a new international advertising campaign with brand ambassador Deepika Padukone on 7 July 2026, extending its It Matters Where You Stay platform across social, digital and outdoor channels. Announced in Delhi and filmed at Conrad Bengaluru, the campaign forms part of a creative programme scheduled to continue throughout the year.
The launch accompanies Hilton’s expansion in India, where the company said it aims to reach 400 trading hotels in the coming years. It follows the partnership’s 2025 debut, which Hilton said generated over 11 billion views across social and digital platforms.
For hotel operators, the campaign places everyday service delivery at the centre of Hilton’s brand message. Its content covers dining, wellness, loyalty and staff care, presenting those elements as support for guests travelling without their usual routines and familiar networks.
Service and loyalty underpin the message
Hilton said the creative approach reflects the disruption travellers can experience when they leave home. The company presents its staff, hotel spaces, technology and Hilton Honors benefits as complementary parts of a stay that help guests feel comfortable and concentrate on the purpose of their trip.
Mark Weinstein, Hilton’s chief marketing officer and head of Luxury Brands, said the campaign focuses on hospitality rather than simply the destination. He described staff support as central to helping guests manage the demands of travel and feel more at ease.
“A Hilton Stay helps our guests make the most of why they came,” Weinstein said. He added that Padukone’s role illustrates the confidence and spontaneity Hilton wants to associate with an experience in which guests’ needs are taken care of.
Hilton linked that positioning to its view that modern travellers value convenience, authenticity and meaningful engagement beyond accommodation itself. The company said its focus is on reducing difficulties during a stay through responsive, personal hospitality.
Music-led creative filmed in Bengaluru
The new material uses music and choreography to portray a more spontaneous side of Padukone while travelling. Hilton worked with director Nadia Marquard Otzen and choreographer Shay Latukolan on the production, which puts movement at the centre of its storytelling.
Producer and composer Mikey McCleary created an original soundtrack combining electronic influences with contemporary Indian vocals. According to Hilton, the music and movement are intended to reflect Padukone’s relaxed, confident presence and give the campaign a cultural connection to India.
Padukone said the creative reflected her experience of feeling comfortable and cared for during a Hilton stay. “That sense of ease gave us the freedom to have fun with the creative,” she said.
The international launch introduces the latest phase of the partnership rather than completing the programme. Hilton said further creative activity would roll out throughout the year, continuing the focus on the guest experience.
