Texas de Brazil has opened a restaurant at Orchard Town Center in Westminster, Colorado, the Brazilian-American steakhouse announced on 9 October 2026. The location expands the brand’s presence in the state and brings its rodízio-style dining format to a shopping, dining and entertainment destination between Denver and Boulder.
The restaurant combines continuous tableside service of flame-grilled meats with a salad area offering more than 50 selections. Its regular dinner costs $59.99 per person, while a separate salad-only option and group dining arrangements form part of the Westminster offer.
Colorado expansion targets regional destination
Salim Asrawi, president of Texas de Brazil, cited Westminster’s growth and Orchard Town Center’s role as a regional destination as reasons for choosing the location. He said the opening would extend the company’s Colorado presence and introduce its Brazilian culinary traditions and service to more guests.
The company is positioning the restaurant for several dining occasions, including family gatherings, evenings out, milestone celebrations and business dinners. Group dining is also available for corporate events, holiday parties and other special occasions, making business entertaining part of the location’s stated customer offer alongside individual meals.
Tableside service anchors the menu
Under the rodízio format, gauchos circulate through the dining room and carve meats at guests’ tables throughout the meal. The selection includes flame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, allowing diners to receive different cuts without ordering each one separately.
The salad area complements the meat service with cheeses, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, fresh salads, hot dishes and Brazilian specialities. Customers can choose it as part of the regular dinner or as a standalone meal.
Drinks include wines from an international selection and cocktails, among them the caipirinha. According to the company, the wine programme is intended to accompany the Brazilian churrasco menu.
Dinner pricing and operating hours
The $59.99 regular dinner includes both continuous meat service and access to the salad area; the salad area-only meal costs $33.99. The company also outlined children’s pricing, which applies when purchased with a full-price dinner.
Children aged 2 years and under eat free under that arrangement, while those aged 3–5 pay $5.00. Children aged 6–12 receive 50% off the regular dinner price.
Dinner service runs Monday–Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Friday hours extending from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Weekend service starts earlier: Saturday hours are 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., while Sunday service runs from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
