Hilton expands ResortPass deal for three years across Americas

The expanded agreement broadens access to hotel amenities without overnight stays and introduces a ticketed poolside event series launching at selected Hilton properties in Florida.

Online Franchise Chronicle · 7/14/2026

Hilton announced a three-year expansion of its ResortPass partnership on 14 July 2026, broadening daytime access to its properties across the Americas. The agreement also introduces Off Hours, a ticketed poolside event series making its debut in Florida.

The hotel group said the expansion responds to growing demand for wellness and leisure experiences that do not require an overnight booking. Residents and travellers can use ResortPass to access participating properties’ pools, spas, fitness centres and private cabanas, alongside other day-use activities.

For hotel operators, the collaboration centres on opening amenities to customers beyond overnight guests and using pool areas during quieter periods. Hilton said demand for spa and wellness services had already led several properties to broaden their daytime programmes.

Florida launch targets quieter pool hours

Off Hours is designed to bring ticketed events to hotel pools at times when those spaces are underused, according to Hilton. The programme combines DJs, local vendors and food and beverage offerings for both staying guests and local visitors.

The Florida launch includes Hilton Orlando, Hilton West Palm Beach and Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort. Hilton Tampa Downtown and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort are also among the announced venues.

The event series supplements rather than replaces existing ResortPass products. Standard day passes, spa access and bookings for individual amenities will continue at participating hotels.

Day-use options span spas, pools and sport

Hilton highlighted offerings across several brands to illustrate the range of experiences available. At Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, day visitors can access a 60-foot indoor saline lap pool, a vitality whirlpool, saunas and steam rooms, with additional options including HydraFacial treatments, floating sound bath therapy and yoga.

Hilton Orlando combines family facilities, including an 892-foot lazy river and a splash area, with an adults-only pool, whirlpool and cabana rentals. Other experiences at the property include the Topgolf Swing Suite and spa treatments.

Sport is also part of the day-access offer at Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, where pickleball courts are available alongside pool amenities. At DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country, guests can book courts for two hours, rent equipment sets containing two paddles and two balls, and purchase food and beverage packages.

La Prairie Spa at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills offers day access with lounges available before or after treatments. In Puerto Rico, Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado del Mar Beach Resort provides access to an outdoor lagoon-style pool, hot tub and children’s pool, with massage bookings and pool party events also available.

Wellness demand shapes the expansion

Hilton said day access had developed from a convenience-led service into part of customers’ wellness and lifestyle routines, including demand for experiences close to home. Jessica Shea, Hilton’s vice president, wellness, retail & leisure operations, Americas, said the ResortPass relationship had encouraged the company to expand its offerings and strengthen connections between hotels and their surrounding communities.

ResortPass chief executive Michael Wolf described the expanded relationship as an effort to extend hospitality’s role in wellbeing beyond overnight stays. Eligible daytime experiences will be bookable through ResortPass, subject to availability at each property, while overnight reservations remain available through Hilton’s direct channels.
