Hilton details 10.1M-point GRAMMY redemption in loyalty update

Hilton has highlighted major event redemptions and hotel-based dining and wellness rewards as it outlines how members use its Honors Experiences platform.

Online Franchise Chronicle · 7/14/2026

Hilton has highlighted GRAMMY Awards and McLaren Formula 1 packages among the leading redemptions on its global Hilton Honors Experiences platform, with its Gold GRAMMYs Experience in 2024 accounting for 10.1M Points. In a newsroom update, the company also detailed hotel-based rewards that let members spend loyalty Points on dining and spa treatments.

The update sets out how the programme combines major entertainment and sporting events with experiences delivered at Hilton properties. For hotel operators, the on-property examples show how restaurants and wellness facilities feature in the company’s loyalty redemption offering alongside event tickets and VIP access.

Event packages attract multimillion-point redemptions

Hilton identified the packages as among its strongest performers by Points redeemed since the platform launched in 2015. The Gold GRAMMYs Experience comprised 4 packages at 2.53M Points each, according to the company.

A package joining the McLaren Formula 1 team at the Miami Grand Prix in 2025 drew 4.8M Points, while the equivalent Italian Grand Prix experience in 2025 drew 4.1M Points. A card-member-exclusive package for the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions accounted for 3M Points.

Hilton said member feedback from around the world informs its emphasis on access not otherwise available to purchase. Packages often combine premium tickets and VIP access with the company’s hotels and partnerships.

Dining and wellness bring rewards into hotels

At Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, the Cocktails Under the Sea experience is available at any time for 25,000 Points. Hilton described it as among its most popular on-property redemptions, offering champagne and light canapés five metres beneath the surface of the Indian Ocean.

At Waldorf Astoria Spa Los Cabos Pedregal, members can redeem 150,000 Points for the 110-Minute Signature Moon Phase Massage. The treatment includes a seaweed and eucalyptus salt scrub, a seaweed wrap and a deep tissue massage.

Hotel stays also feature within some event packages. Hilton said its Ultimate GRAMMY Experience for the 2026 awards attracted a winning bid of nearly 2 million Points, combining platinum tickets with an in-room glam squad appointment and a three-night stay at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.

The company linked the range of rewards to findings in its 2026 Trends Report: 48% of Hilton Honors members said they use Points to try activities outside their comfort zone. Its Experiences offering spans sport, music, entertainment, food and culture, with redemption requirements varying by package.

Points-only access for members

Hilton Honors is free to join, and all members can bid for or redeem Experiences rewards through the platform. Experiences must be paid for entirely with Points rather than a combination of Points and money, and bidders must hold the required balance when placing a bid.

Members can buy additional Points before bidding, in increments of 1,000 up to 240,000 Points per calendar year. Individual listings set out the reward details and Points requirements, while gifting an experience requires Hilton Honors’ prior written consent and compliance with the applicable reward terms.
