Hilton has unveiled the restaurants, bars and catering programme for Signia Hilton Indianapolis ahead of the hotel’s December opening. The plans cover rooftop cocktails, all-day food service and catering for nearly 100,000 square feet of gathering spaces, with a third-party restaurant due to follow in summer 2027.

The 803-room property will have skywalk connections to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, serving hotel guests, event attendees and local customers. Its food and beverage operation will therefore extend beyond resident dining to private receptions, meetings and large-scale events.

Hilton’s in-house consultancy, StiR Creative Collective, helped develop the programme, which will be led by executive chef Dwayne Krisko and director of food and beverage Kyle Wright. The company said the concepts draw on Indianapolis’ culture, industrial history and motorsport heritage.

Rooftop lounge leads restaurant and bar line-up

Torchlight, a two-storey cocktail lounge on the 38th floor, will offer spirits, cocktails and sharing plates, alongside a mezzanine and outdoor terrace for private events. Beverage consultant Devon Tarby, co-founder of Gin & Luck, the hospitality group behind Death & Co, is collaborating on its cocktail menu.

At lobby level, Rosewater’s will open onto the Georgia Street promenade and serve regional corn-based spirits and bar snacks. Large-screen televisions will show sporting events, while the venue will also accommodate private gatherings.

Heartwood, a modern American grill influenced by Midwestern supper clubs and Indiana’s sycamore state tree, will initially serve breakfast and lunch. It will expand to all-day dining in the spring and include spaces around the restaurant’s perimeter for semi-private events.

Slipstream will combine a café, espresso bar and market, selling coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads and takeaway food throughout the day. The seasonal Deck on 5 pool terrace will provide lounge seating and private cabanas, with the ability to host evening receptions and social events.

Club Signia will provide a dedicated-service lounge with breakfast, refreshments and evening cocktails, alongside areas for working and relaxing. Hilton said its design takes inspiration from private membership clubs.

Indiana-themed catering targets meetings and events

The hotel’s Modern Indiana Table catering collection will carry the regional approach into its meeting and event business. According to Hilton, the menus and activities take their cues from Indiana’s farms, orchards, creameries, smokehouses and distilleries.

Options will include cocktail-making sessions, Indiana whiskey tastings, chef-attended food stations, wellness-focused breakfasts and plated dinners. Meeting breaks will feature dishes inspired by the Indiana State Fair, including tenderloin sliders, corn fritters and craft root beer floats, as well as a creamery-themed selection of cheeses, honeycomb, preserves and sweets.

The range is intended for occasions spanning weddings and executive retreats through to galas and citywide conventions. General manager Kathy Heneghan said the team was developing a programme suited to guests visiting for meetings, sport, concerts and downtown leisure stays.

Experienced Hilton team prepares phased launch

Krisko brings more than 20 years of international culinary experience and most recently led culinary operations at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa in Croatia, which houses Michelin-starred restaurant Nebo. His previous experience also includes Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and properties across Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Wright will oversee restaurants, bars, catering and event experiences. He most recently held a complex food and beverage director role covering DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC - Crystal City and Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport.

Hotel reservations are available for stays from Dec. 9, 2026, with dining bookings to become available through OpenTable. Hilton said further details of the third-party dining destination scheduled for summer 2027 would be announced later.
